Marathon - WEEK ONE in Review

All in all I think I did pretty well for a first week. So for those of you who are interested I’ll probably post a week in review every Sunday/Monday. So if you notice that I haven’t posted my marathon training efforts I better be getting emails scolding me! If they are missing it is probably because I’m not doing them. So in conclusion I’d say I’m off to a pretty good start besides being very sore. A good sore. In a couple of weeks I’ll start posting weight and inch loss as it gets discouraging if I check it often. Thanks again everyone for your encouraging words and support! It means more to me than you’ll ever know.

MONDAY
Turbo Jam Cardio Workout – 20 minutes.
Arm Strength – 5 minutes
Water Consumed (8 oz. glasses) – 6

TUESDAY
Treadmill – 3 Miles
Turbo Jam Cardio Workout – 45 minutes.
Arm Strength – 5 minutes
Water Consumed (8 oz. glasses) – 10

WEDNESDAY
Treadmill – 2 Miles
Turbo Jam Cardio Workout – 45 minutes.
Arm Strength – 5 minutes
Water Consumed (8 oz. glasses) – 10

THURSDAY
Treadmill – 3 Miles
Arm Strength – 5 minutes
Water Consumed (8 oz. glasses) – 11

FRIDAY
Turbo Jam Cardio Workout – 45 minutes.
Water Consumed (8 oz. glasses) – 8

Looks like you're off to a great start! I might add that you also exhibited fantastic will power at Saturday's shower! :) You're doing such a good job drinking lots of water--that's something I really need to work on.

dang...you make me want to get a treadmill. lol! sounds like you're off on a good start. keep it up! soon chad will have to keep guys from staring at his hot wife! not that they don't stare at you already. ;)

I'm a big fan of Turbo Jam too! I always practice my punches on Cub. I think it looks cool and I'm sure he thinks I look like a dork. Oh well, good job Naomi!! Keep it up!

Very proud! What a great idea to write it down so you can see your progress. I think water is such the key also. that is the hardest for me. Good for you!!
