Marathon - WEEK TWO in Review

WOW! I’ve made it through two weeks! So hopefully after a couple more it will officially become a habit. I have noticed the last couple of days that I find myself craving running. Yup, you heard me right, I can hardly believe I said it myself. I definitely have seen a huge difference in energy as well as feeling good about myself and have found that when I workout in the morning I eat so much better during the day since I don’t want to waste the hard-earned exercise for that day. When I plan on working out at night I find myself saying “Oh, I’ll just work it off tonight”. That is so bad. So that is an awful habit I have to break. Anyhoo, enough of my jabbering on. So in summary, well, I’ll just pat myself on the back because I’m really surprising myself at how much I’m doing.

You are so awesome!! I'm impressed that you're working out 6 days a week. 4 days a week seems to be my limit.

Ok so you have inspired me. I already have a bunch of things planned for the summer that I'm doing but I can't get motivated to start training. I read your blog and you have totally convinced me to start, so don't be annoyed if I copy your ideas on my blog ok. I want to loose like 30 lbs. from this last baby and I am going to track it like you. Thanks so much! Don't ever stop because I'm counting on you and your progress:)
P.S. Do you know where you are going after graduation? Come to UTAH!!!
